We do not accept returns on any product, as all our jewelry is custom-made and handcrafted. We request customers to review all product details carefully before confirming the order.
❌ No Refund
We follow a strict no refund policy. Once an order is placed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
❌ No Exchange
Products once sold will not be exchanged. Please ensure you confirm the design, size, and delivery address correctly before finalizing the order.
⚠️ Exceptions – Damaged Delivery (with proof)
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, you must:
- Record a full unboxing video as proof (from start to end without cuts).
- Share the video with us on WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery.
Only if the product is proven to be damaged during shipping, we may review the case for replacement. No action will be taken without an unboxing video.

- All items are handmade and may have minor variations – this is not considered a defect.
- Nath orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance to allow for proper crafting.
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
